What does 1 credit cover?
Credits are charged by page count: 1–5 pages = 1 credit, 6–15 pages = 2 credits, 16–25 pages = 3 credits (US/Canada). International faxes cost 2–3× more depending on destination. One credit also covers delivering a PDF as an email attachment (up to 10MB).
Do credits expire?
Never. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
What is the 24-hour temporary fax number?
Pay $2.99 once and get a temporary fax number valid for 24 hours. The first fax that arrives is delivered to you as a PDF — no account needed. You are charged after the number is successfully assigned.
What happens if my fax fails to deliver?
You are never charged for an undelivered fax. Pay-per-fax: your card authorization is released. Credits: automatically restored to your account.
Can my team share credits and a fax number?
Account-managed collaboration features are configured after sign-in inside the dashboard. The public pricing page covers one-time sends, prepaid credit packs, and 24-hour temporary fax numbers.
How do dedicated fax number cancellations work?
Dedicated fax numbers are monthly subscriptions managed in the dashboard. Cancelling stops renewal; the number stays active through the paid billing period, and you can undo the cancellation before the period ends. When the subscription ends, FaxSeal releases the number automatically and it cannot be recovered.
