FaxSeal provides an online fax transmission service. You pay per fax or purchase credits. There is no subscription required. We transmit your documents via third-party fax infrastructure (SignalWire).
You may only use FaxSeal to send lawful documents. Prohibited uses include: sending unsolicited faxes (fax spam), transmitting illegal content, infringing on intellectual property rights, impersonating another person or entity, or attempting to interfere with the service.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for completed fax transmissions. If a fax fails to deliver due to a technical error on our end, we will refund the charge or credit to your account. Credit purchases do not expire. Fax number subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect immediately.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver faxes promptly, but we do not guarantee delivery times or success. Delivery depends on the recipient's fax machine availability, line quality, and other factors outside our control. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by recipient-side issues.
You are solely responsible for the content of documents you transmit. FaxSeal does not review the content of transmitted documents. You represent that you have the right to send each document and that its contents comply with applicable laws.
FaxSeal is not a HIPAA Business Associate and does not offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If you are transmitting protected health information (PHI), you do so at your own risk. We recommend using a HIPAA-certified fax service for regulated medical transmissions.
FaxSeal is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction at issue.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
