The Enterprise Organization Plan ($199/month per organization) adds SSO (Single Sign-On), automatic team provisioning, and priority support to your workspace. It is billed per organization — not per seat — and is separate from the per-number fax plans. SSO lets your team sign in with Okta, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra, or Google Workspace. New users whose company email matches your domain are provisioned automatically with no individual invites needed.
Which identity providers does FaxSeal SSO support?
FaxSeal SSO is built on WorkOS and supports any SAML 2.0 or OIDC identity provider — including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and others. Your IT team configures the connection in your identity provider; FaxSeal handles the rest.
Is there a monthly fee to send faxes?
No. You can send a fax without any account or subscription — just upload, pay per fax, done. Credits are optional for regular senders and never expire.
What does 1 credit cover?
Credits are charged by page count: 1–5 pages = 1 credit, 6–15 pages = 2 credits, 16–20 pages = 3 credits (US/Canada). International faxes cost 2–3× more depending on destination. One credit also covers delivering a PDF as an email attachment (up to 10MB).
