Frequently asked questions
Is the Enterprise plan billed per seat?
No. The Enterprise Organization Plan is $199/month per organization — not per user. You can provision your entire company without any per-seat cost.
Which identity providers are supported?
Any SAML 2.0 or OIDC provider works — Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, OneLogin, PingFederate, JumpCloud, and others.
How long does SSO setup take?
For most organizations, 15–30 minutes. Create a SAML app in your IdP, copy the connection ID into FaxSeal SSO Settings, and the integration is live.
Do existing FaxSeal users get migrated to SSO?
Existing accounts with a matching email domain continue to work. When they next sign in via SSO, their account is linked automatically — no data loss, no duplicate accounts.
What happens when I offboard an employee?
Two paths. (1) IdP-only: deactivate the user in Okta or Azure AD — they cannot start a new FaxSeal session, but any existing session remains valid for up to 30 days. (2) Immediate revocation: remove the user from your FaxSeal organization using "Remove & Revoke" in Organization Settings — this deletes their active sessions instantly so access is cut off right away. For full offboarding, do both.
Is this separate from the fax number plans?
Yes. The Enterprise Organization Plan ($199/month) adds SSO and team provisioning to your workspace. You can pair it with any dedicated fax number plan — Business or Enterprise fax number — for high-volume receiving.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your organization settings. SSO sign-ins are suspended at the end of the billing period. Existing accounts and fax data are never deleted.
