Refund Policy

The short version

  • Failed fax = automatic refund. If your fax does not deliver, your payment is refunded automatically. You are never charged for a failed transmission.
  • Credits restored on failure. If you paid with credits and the fax fails, those credits are automatically returned to your account.
  • Credits never expire. Prepaid credit packs have no expiry date.
  • Credit packs are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law.

1. Pay-per-fax charges

When you send a fax without a credit account, your card is authorized at checkout but only captured upon confirmed delivery. If the fax fails to deliver after all retry attempts, the authorization is released and you are not charged. If a charge was captured and delivery subsequently fails, a full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

2. Credit-funded faxes

If you send a fax using prepaid credits and the fax fails to deliver, the credits are automatically returned to your account balance. No action is required on your part. You can verify your credit balance at any time in your dashboard.

3. Prepaid credit packs

Prepaid credit packs (Starter, Pro, Office) are non-refundable once issued. Credits do not expire and can be used for any fax sent from your account. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will investigate.

4. Fax number subscriptions

Monthly fax number subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your number until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

If a fax number cannot be provisioned after payment (a rare technical failure), your subscription is cancelled and a full refund is issued automatically.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue. We review all billing error reports and will correct any verified errors promptly.
